Mary Carhart
Mary Carhart serves as the Senior Director of People and Purpose at Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies. For the past nine years, she has been dedicated to advancing the organization’s mission through strategic fundraising initiatives and advocacy efforts aimed at improving maternal health outcomes throughout the community. Prior to joining HMHB, Mary spent 14 years with The Breakers, Palm Beach, where she held several leadership roles across Catering, Human Resources + Recruiting, and most notably, in the development of The Breakers GIVES volunteer program—an initiative designed to foster community engagement and corporate social responsibility. Mary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida.
Outside of work, Mary volunteers her time with Southeast Florida Honor Flight and as her daughter’s Girl Scouts troop leader. She is a wife and mother, and also takes great pride in celebrating her 18 nieces and nephews. On weekends, Mary can often be found traveling across the state, enthusiastically supporting her daughter on the volleyball court.
