Jan Bogie
Jan Bogie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Florida Qualified Supervisor. She is endorsed by the Florida Association of Infant Mental Health as an Infant Mental Health Mentor®. Jan earned two master’s degrees in counseling and psychology from the University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Florida State University Harris Institute’s Infant Mental Health program.
With a specialty in therapy for perinatal women and children from birth to age five, Jan’s clinical experience also spans work with children (0–18) and families. She has advanced training in trauma treatment, parent-child relationships, and perinatal disorders, and is specialized in multiple evidence-based modalities including Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Triple P (Levels 4 & 5), EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Mothers & Babies, and Brazelton’s Touchpoints.
Jan has provided years of reflective supervision and leads trainings in Maternal and Infant Mental Health. Beyond clinical practice, she has held leadership roles in the nonprofit sector for over a decade, with expertise in program management, grant writing, reporting, database systems, and budget oversight.
Outside of her professional work, Jan enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their English bulldog. She also has a passion for reading — especially memoirs — and finds joy in cooking, baking, and connecting with friends.
