Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support
We are Palm Beach County’s Share Chapter - a resource for anyone grieving the loss of a baby during pregnancy, at birth, or in early infancy. Our goal is to ensure families are given every opportunity to heal.
There is no ‘right’ way to grieve, and you don’t have to go through it alone.
Pregnancy or infant loss can be isolating and overwhelming.
Many parents struggle to find someone who understands, sometimes even finding it difficult to talk with each other. Others may feel pressure to “move on” or “try again,” which can add to the pain.
We offer peer groups and one-on-one support.
Our groups bring together parents and families who have experienced similar losses, creating a community that allows sharing, connection, and healing at a comfortable pace.
Support groups explore common grief reactions, such as:
Shock or numbness
Guilt or self-blame
Sadness or depression
Anger or frustration
Fear or panic
Confusion
Jealousy
These feelings are all valid and deserve a nonjudgmental space to be explored.
It is never too early or too late to seek support.
Whether your loss is recent or many years ago, we are here for you whenever you feel ready to reach out.
