Lucinda Colón
Lucinda Colón is a dedicated and resourceful social services leader with over three decades of progressive experience in program development, administration, and community impact. As Senior Director at Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County, she oversees our education and support services, guides program implementation and evaluation, and strengthens collaborative partnerships that improve access to maternal health care for families in the community.
Throughout her career, Lucinda has led innovative initiatives across government, nonprofit, and community-based organizations, including directing group prenatal care programs, designing social service strategies for vulnerable populations, and securing and managing grants that expand services for underserved communities.
Lucinda holds a Master’s in Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Social Work. Her career is distinguished by her passion for improving health and social outcomes, empowering communities, and advancing programs that create lasting, meaningful change.
