Nicole Hunt Jackson is the Founder of The Jackson Firm LLC. With over 30 years of experience practicing law, Nicole’s career is multi-faceted: she began her career advocating for the rights of abused, abandoned, and neglected children and spent many years focused on family law and dependency matters, finalizing numerous adoptions. Over the past 10 years, Nicole expanded her practice to represent accident victims and their families specializing in the areas of personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and estate planning and wealth management matters.
As a mother of 3, Nicole understands – she knows how an unexpected accident, injury or family matter can derail your day to day life. Nicole’s experience, expertise, and effective communication style allows her to successfully resolve cases while providing clients with one-on-one care. Due to her skill and dedication, Nicole has successfully represented clients against every major auto insurance company, earning a reputation as a passionate negotiator who gets the results through negotiation, mediation, or litigation.
A huge believer in community and family, Nicole continues to advocate for children through volunteer work, mentorship, and a commitment to adoption cases. She also supports local law enforcement as an Adjunct Professor in Palm Beach State College’s Law Enforcement Academy dedicating her time to help train the next generation of certified police officers.
