Ashleigh Lynn
Ashleigh Lynn is the Chief Operating Officer at Loudr, a full-service marketing and advertising agency, where she leads operations, talent management, client experience, and company growth. She also champions the Loudr Cares initiative - an internal program she designed to empower teammates to give back to their communities in ways they are personally passionate about, backed by the full support of the agency.
Ashleigh is the oldest of five children and was raised as a competitive athlete. She credits her supportive parents who helped mold her and encouraged her to give back. These experiences shaped her belief in the power of mentorship, strong support systems, and access to care. As an executive and a mother of two, she is especially passionate about women’s mental health, dedicated to ensuring that girls, women, mothers, and families feel supported through every stage of life.
She proudly resides in Lake Worth with Marco and their two young children, Elisabetta and Franco. As a family, they are passionate about having fun, travel, learning, entrepreneurship, and experiencing all that Palm Beach County has to offer.
Ashleigh is honored to serve on the Board of Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County, where she looks forward to advancing the organization's mission of improving healthcare access, education, and vital resources for families across the community.
