Josie Weitzel
Josie Weitzel is a seasoned operations executive and community advocate who brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across organizational strategy, operations, and governance. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Quote Velocity, where she oversees corporate operations and supports long-term strategic growth.
Josie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences from Università degli Studi di Roma Tre and has built her career through a combination of formal education and hands-on leadership experience. Her background includes extensive training and certifications in program and change management, operational excellence, process improvement, and organizational leadership.
In addition to her professional career, Josie serves on the Board of Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies, contributing her experience in organizational leadership and governance in support of the organization’s mission. Her broader community involvement includes advocacy for orphaned children, mentorship of teens, volunteer service with local organizations, and participation in community fitness and running events in support of charitable causes.
Josie is driven by the belief that strong organizations — both nonprofit and for-profit — can create meaningful, lasting impact when operational excellence is paired with compassion and purpose.
