Elais Perez

Elais, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C), brings over 15 years of experience supporting women and families to those she serves. Through Circle of Moms, she has supported hundreds of pregnant and postpartum women, while also training more than 1,500 health professionals in perinatal mental health. Her compassionate approach and clinical expertise have made a lasting difference in the lives of our families.

As a member of The Florida Maternal Mental Health Collaborative Clinical Practice Workgroup, Elais helps strengthen clinical practices statewide. Based in Boca Raton for the past decade, she is the proud mom of two teenagers and enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, and spending time in nature with family and friends.
