Allison Taylor
Allison is a partner with more than twenty years of experience in the public accounting profession. During her career, she has focused her efforts in the energy and resources industry, including wind and solar power developers. Allison has extensive experience with audits of non-public and public companies, in dealing with complex accounting and reporting issues associated with energy clients, and in working with clients on the adoption of new accounting standards. Allison has a strong understanding of ESG and sustainability reporting and experience with assurance projects for sustainability-linked debt instruments, green bonds and internal controls readiness projects. Allison also has significant experience in Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements.
Allison graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and a Masters in Accounting. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Allison is a member of the Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc. Board of Directors and currently serves as the chair of its audit committee. Allison is also a member of the Florida Atlantic University Foundation Board of Directors.
