This session will provide practical oral health education for expecting and new mothers, focusing on the connection between oral health, pregnancy, and early childhood development.

Topics include safe dental care during pregnancy, common oral health concerns, infant oral care, cavity prevention, nutrition, and early dental visits. Participants will gain simple, actionable tips to support both their own oral health and their child’s from the start. I have also included a photo of myself if needed as well.
