Our goal is to see all pregnant women receive early prenatal care, education, and support to improve healthy birth outcomes and bridge the gap for families who need us.
We offer classes, support groups, and professional trainings to ensure families are prepared and supported as they grow. Sessions are led by trained and/or certified team members and community partners.
Education
Prepare for your baby's arrival with classes that help you feel more confident as a parent. Learn about childbirth, infant CPR, newborn care, and ways to care for yourself after birth.
Support Groups
Get help managing stress, building a strong bond with your baby, and caring for your emotional well-being. Groups are available for pregnant and postpartum moms as well and dads and support partners.
Professional Training
Build your knowledge and skills to better support pregnant and postpartum families. Learn about perinatal mental health and practical ways to provide compassionate, quality care.
There is no cost to attend classes, groups, or trainings for Palm Beach County residents. Registration is required.
