It can also help you meet and bond with other pregnant women. Come and learn techniques to increase breathing, reduce stress, and overall health awareness before birth in a nurturing environment.

Laura has taught yoga for HMHB for the last year and has taught for over ten years in South Florida. She is a mom passionate about guiding moms to have a healthy and happy pregnancy, birth, and postnatal experience.
