Group Facilitator (Bilingual/Creole)
Conducts prenatal education groups utilizing the CenteringPregnancy® model
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Health Education, Social Work, Education or Counseling
Case Management (Bilingual/Spanish)
Provides healthcare navigation, screens and links pregnant women to medical payor source and social services.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, Counseling or Education
Registration is optional but will allow for a more efficient experience.
