Lindsey has worked in healthcare for over 12 years, with the last 6 years being in women’s health. Her goal is not only to improve the birthing experience for our moms but to also focus on the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of pregnancy. Yoga became a part of Lindsey’s life over 6 years ago and she has worked to combine her career in women’s health with the benefits of an exercise that combines both breath and body. These two concepts are key in promoting an overall fulfilling experience in both pregnancy and labor.
