Free Education

Prepare for the arrival of your baby with education and training

Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies provides free, hands-on classes for parents and their support partners through our education and training program. Classes are taught by trained and/or certified team members, as well as community partners throughout Palm Beach County. 

Classes are available on topics including childbirth, infant CPR and child safety, breastfeeding and infant feeding, and prenatal yoga. Attend one or attend them all!

All classes are free to attend, but registration is required.
